PRINCIPAL'S NOTE

Dear LPHS Families,

We hope you all had a wonderful and restful spring break! Hopefully, students and staff alike are coming back recharged, refocused, and ready to make the most of the final stretch of the school year. Thank you to the many LPHS parents who treated our entire staff to a delicious dessert bar on March 17, and to our small-but-mighty Hospitality Team for heading up this delectable event. Our staff members really look forward to and deeply appreciate these events!

April brings important state and district testing, and we encourage all students to come prepared, well-rested, and ready to show what they’ve learned. These assessments are an opportunity to demonstrate growth and celebrate academic progress.

Looking ahead, the remainder of the year is also filled with events meant to celebrate our students’ many accomplishments. Please keep checking the weekly newsletter for opportunities to join us for upcoming events. For our seniors and their families, graduation is just around the corner—a truly special time as we honor the Class of 2026 and all they have accomplished. Thank you to everyone who joined our Graduation  Q&A on the 18th.  For more graduation information, check out All Things Senior on our website.

Thank you for your continued support as we head into this busy and meaningful season. Let’s finish the year strong, together!

- Principal Jeffrey Zick
